1. Registration & Fees

To activate your business listing on CityDial, a one-time non-refundable registration fee is required.

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to rejection, removal, or discontinuation of your listing.

2. Listing Approval & Management

All business listings submitted to CityDial are subject to review and approval.

We reserve the full rights to edit, block, reject, or delete any listing at our sole discretion, particularly in cases including (but not limited to):

• Inaccurate, misleading, or false information
• Duplicate submissions
• Violation of any applicable laws or ethical standards
• Use of unfair means or attempts to manipulate the platform

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

By submitting your business information, you grant CityDial the right to display, edit, and promote your listing content on its platform and associated marketing materials.

4. Fair Usage

Listings should not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Any attempt to spam, mislead, or exploit the platform in any way may result in immediate removal without notice or refund.

5. Platform Modifications

CityDial reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such actions.

6. Limitation of Liability

CityDial provides a platform to connect users with listed businesses but does not guarantee the performance or conduct of any listed entity.

We shall not be held liable for any business outcomes, transactions, or disputes arising between users and listed businesses.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters, disputes, or claims related to CityDial shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.

8. Agreement

By registering or using CityDial services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
